Avoca are committed to the professionalism of Health Informatics and are keen to see the discipline develop standards of competency that allow individuals to identify quality Health Informaticians. Over half the Avoca workforce are registered with the UK Council for Health Informatics Professions (UKCHIP) at level 2 or above. Avoca are currently working with UKCHIP to acknowledge the skill and competency of individuals who have completed Avoca’s accredited training scheme, by ‘fast tracking’ them through the UKCHIP registration process.
