Therefore we have had to be innovative to ensure we maintain and grow our specialist expertise. In 2005 we established our internal training program, which has grown into an award winning training academy for health informatics.

The graduate scheme combines careful candidate selection with extensive class room and office based training and exercises in both business and technical skills. The scheme then teams junior consultants with experienced staff on real projects. Each assignment is carefully selected to ensure a good match between the client's needs, the consultant's skill set and the consultant's development needs. Each junior is then closely managed and mentored through a range of assignments of increasing complexity and responsibility. The combination of this award winning training programme with the vast experience of our more senior consultants enables us to provide highly skilled consultants to support or manage your health informatics projects.
