Following Newham PCTs successful go live in September 2009 Avoca continued to provide post go live consultancy services in the form of a Rio Data Consultant. This role involved the creation of a robust and efficient reporting mechanism for community data in the new RiO deployment for Newham PCT. As well as working with the separate teams within the PCT, the role included liaising with the London Program for IT in their development of the RiO application and with BT to resolve migration issues. Specific tasks included; CDS Validation and Reconciliation, 18 Weeks Module Reporting, creation of extract mechanism for contact point and liaising with the Information Centre for Health and Social Care.
