Birmingham Women’s NHS Foundation Trust goes live with Lorenzo
Avoca were contracted by CSC to provide data migration services from iPM to Lorenzo Regional Care for Birmingham Women’s NHS Foundation Trust, one of their Early Adopter projects. The project involved cleaning and transforming data in preparation for the specialised trust to be the third NHS trust to go live with Lorenzo, following in the footsteps of University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay NHS Trust and Bury PCT. Avoca worked closely with CSC and trust members to ensure a successful go live and provided on-site consultancy services, including reporting on data integrity issues, the trust’s readiness to migrate and code level mappings from iPM to Lorenzo. Birmingham Women’s successfully went live on 1st November 2010.
