• Effectively use interface engines to create translations and proper data mappings to manipulate data as required by specifications.
• Review, analyse and triage application issues/cases, providing support as needed.
• Create and maintain detailed support documentation, test internal application releases and perform monthly system maintenance procedures.
• Develop conversion and system implementation plans and implement code changes as needed.
